Vouch is designed around the safety of everyone involved. We use clear standards, human review, and practical support before, during, and after an introduction.
Before you meet
Applications are reviewed privately. Depending on the member pathway, we may confirm identity, liveness, age, and selected safety information. We explain what is checked and why.
When you connect
No one is publicly searchable. You choose what to share. Introductions include context, clear expectations, and the option to use a supported first-date setting.
If something feels wrong
Members can report concerns to a human contact. We investigate proportionately, restrict or remove accounts where appropriate, and take urgent threats seriously.
What we do not allow
Fraud, coercion, harassment, threats, impersonation, non-consensual sexual behavior, and transactional or compensated dating are not compatible with Vouch membership.
