VOUCH / SAFETY
Confidence starts with clarity.
Your choices, your card and the people you connect with.
The same boundaries for everyone.
Participation does not create a romantic or sexual obligation.
No paid boosts, popularity scores or purchasable replies in the community.
No explicit sexual content in shared community spaces. No shaming of consensual adult choices.
Harassment, coercion, impersonation and transactional sexual services are not allowed. You can decline or leave a connection without giving a reason.
Before sharing or connecting
A community account and activity preferences do not require identity verification. Sharing a card or connecting requires an ID or passport and live selfie check with Veriff.
Veriff receives your document and live selfie. Vouch stores the result and session reference, not those images.
Verification checks identity and adulthood. It does not guarantee behavior or every profile detail.
If you need help with verification, contact info@vouch.dad from your account email. Do not email identity documents or selfies.
When you meet in person
Choose a public place, keep control of your transport and tell someone you trust about the plan. Keep financial information private. In an emergency in Spain, call 112.
Before an activity opens, we will name its host and show its purpose, group size, accessibility, total price, cancellation terms and conduct rules. An interest submission never reserves a place.
Help and reporting
Use Report and Block inside My Vouch, or contact info@vouch.dad. Blocking prevents further contact; reporting requests review. No guaranteed response time or round-the-clock service is offered.
For a review of a moderation decision, contact support with the relevant reference if available. Do not send ID documents or other people's private conversations unless specifically needed. Group bookings will remain closed until hosting and moderation responsibilities are assigned.
