VOUCH HELP

Find your next step.

Practical answers about your account, invitations and privacy.

Signing in

Which sign-in method should I use?

Use the method connected to your account: Google, Apple or your Vouch email and password. A Google or Apple password is not your Vouch password.

Google or Apple did not finish signing me in.

Start again from Vouch in the same browser tab. Choose the account you normally use. If you are asked to connect an existing Vouch account, use that account’s Vouch password. Do not create another account to bypass an error.

I cannot remember my Vouch password.

If Google or Apple is already connected, use it to sign in. Otherwise contact support from your account email. Never send a password, identity document or selfie by email.

Cards and invitations

Does saving my card publish it?

No. Your card starts private. Activating its public link requires verification and your explicit consent. People with an active link can see your alias, introduction, city if provided and verification status, and may forward the link.

What can I do without an invitation?

Prepare your card privately. After verification, you can activate and share your link with someone you choose. Saving interests only helps plan future activities; it does not introduce you to members.

My invitation link no longer works.

The owner may have disabled or changed the link, or the card may no longer be available to you. Ask the person who shared it for their current link. No connection request is sent merely by opening a link.

Identity verification

When is verification required?

You can prepare a private card and save activity interests first. Identity and adulthood verification is required before activating your public link or requesting and accepting connections.

What does the verified status mean?

Veriff checks an identity document and a live selfie. Vouch receives the result; your document and selfie are not displayed to other members. Verification does not guarantee behaviour or every profile claim.

My verification is pending or needs another attempt.

Open the verification page to see your current status and the available next step. A review may need time. Follow the displayed instructions rather than repeatedly starting new checks.

Check verification status

Connections and messages

Why can I not send a message yet?

A request must be accepted before either person can send messages. Both people must meet the verification requirements. A closed or blocked connection cannot continue messaging.

Are requests and messages sent automatically?

No. You choose to send a request or message. The other person chooses whether to accept a request. Opening an invitation, preparing a card or saving interests does not send a message.

Open my connections

Privacy and reports

How do I stop new requests or hide my public link?

Account and privacy brings together your public-link status, request pause and card-export permissions. Pausing requests does not hide an active public link. Disabling a link does not delete accepted connections.

How do I report or block someone?

Use Report or Block beside a connection or conversation. Reporting and blocking are separate choices. You can follow your reports and report a previous connection from My reports. Blocking prevents contact, but a public card may still be viewed while signed out.

Account and activity interests

Have I booked an activity by saving interests?

No. Interests are private planning preferences. There are no confirmed dates or places. Permission to contact you is optional and can be withdrawn independently of your interests.

How do I download my data or delete my account?

Use Account and privacy to reach your data download and account controls. Account deletion requires confirmation and cannot recall copies other people have already downloaded. Existing dating accounts keep their own profile and account tools.
